  Any business that uses this company to deliver their products will not recieve my business. I had a bed delivered to my home and one of the delivery drivers stole a cologne bottle off my dresser. I was told to do a police report if I wanted a refund for the stolen merchandise. I did the police report and now 2 months later still no update on my refund. Also sent an email 1 week ago and still no response.

  Do not use this company for anything. Damaged my property when delivering furniture. They promised a check would be cut for the damages they created and I would have it in 3 weeks at the very latest. After 4 weeks it still has yet to be mailed. They claim due to covid there is a backlog cutting checks. It’s been one lie after another. Do not hire this company as they are so unprofessional and scammers.

  I had a delivery from Ashley routed to this company. They poorly packed their vehicle and my item did not fit on the truck. They did not contact me in any way to tell me this was happening. And so I got rid of my original items as I had planned. Now I have no couches to use today because this unprofessional garbage company decided that I didn’t need to be made aware of this fact.
