  "I moved from Ohio to Boston and had a good experience up until meeting my driver on the Boston side. Sufficient effort was definietely not displayed in moving my property into my new apartment as the sofa was left on my front porch due to the stairwell being too narrow. The driver measured the balcony door and was going to get the couch in that way, but said it would not fit. I however moved the sofa 2 days later through that same door he said would not work. I then proceeded to be lectured and spoken to by the driver in a condesending manner, twice. About my furniture being too big for a "young girl" and taught basic geometry skills. Once in the beginning and then again when I was signing the paper work. When calling my moving coordinator to express my moving issue and the issue with the driver, her email didn't work and I had to hunt her down because she was slow to respond to emails and calls. No solution was offered to my delima. Go with this company if you want poor customer service."
