BEWARE!!! Shelly will lie to you during the entire moving process. She will tell you that she will send someone to help you pack; but this person will come for less than an hour, and will mostly be outside smoking. Her movers will not come when they are scheduled, they will not be professional or courteous (to their credit, they are being totally overworked for the barely-minimum wage she is paying them). Your items will get damaged in the move, and she will do NOTHING to compensate you for it. She will offer to sell your unwanted items in her shop, and claim she'll give you a portion of whatever she sells it for, then she will completely ghost you if you ever try to contact her about your items. No wonder she claims to sell furniture at "a fraction of the cost"... YOU PAID HER TO STEAL FROM YOU! The most disgusting thing about this company is that they heavily promote to the elderly and other people who are looking to move to an assisted living community. Shelly preys upon those who might be unable to take care of, or advocate for, themselves. Completely unprofessional mover. My mother is still discovering missing items nearly 2 years after her disastrous move. Do not trust this woman or this company to treat your loved ones with dignity or respect.

we paid this place to pick up our furniture for consignments, but they claimed they gave it away , without our permission, of course. we saw them sell some of it, the rest is still unaccounted for. this is a very disorganized and dishonest operation. We never saw a penny from our estate after they consigned it for sale, but the owner didn't know what happened to it ;. supposedly. We will not recommend this dishonest consignment to anyone.
