If I could give this company a negative-star rating, I would. Because of them, our moving day turned into a disaster. I had originally been suggested this company by my mother in-law who had gotten some furniture delivered by them, she loved how accommodating & nice they were throughout the whole process. I looked through the reviews for the company and everything seemed to check out, so I went ahead with booking them. I worked with Adam, one of the supposed owners of the company and throughout a series of about 3 phone calls - setup a date & time, detailed everything that we needed to move, our address and moving location and was given an estimate on amount of time and complete confirmation. I continued to stay in contact with Adam all the way up until the night before our move. The morning of our move, the company was scheduled to arrive at 9:00am. 10:00, 10:30am rolled past with nobody in sight, after numerous calls/vm’s to both Adam and the company’s main line, I received no response whatsoever, and we were completely blown off. My family and I had to scramble to find another moving company same-day, which was a feat all its own. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for moving services. At the very least, if there were logistical issues, they could have answered the phone or given me any sort of indication that the work would not be able to be completed. Beyond poor customer service. I hope this helps prospective movers.

SO DISAPPOINTED. We scheduled our move for 9am with this moving company and had been connected with them for over 2 weeks with a date, time, location and even estimated job time & price. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP! Not only did they not show up, they didn’t answer any calls & didn’t return any calls. No explanation. Nothing. It has been 2 days since our move and still nothing. So so so disappointed. I would not recommend this company to anyone who plans to actually move of the day they planned because they probably won’t show up or answer!!!
