  Took my $20k, packed my household and disappeared blaming over a month of lost deliverables on North American washing their hands of accountability disappearing with the money. Shameful by both parties… don’t trust your move, your life’s collection in your home or your security to these people, careless, callous and unethical thieves.

  It has been a truly unfortunate set of circumstances due to first, a blizzard in the delivery area but then the driver's truck breaking down and a domino effect of parts not being available for a week to replace the broken part and then, inspections from DOT that needed to be performed to get him back on the road safely. We have been in contact with Mr. Anthony since day one as the booker of this service as well as Corporate customer service, and the staff of Executive Officers, every step of the way giving him updates as we receive them from the repair shop. It is an awful situation that we feel terribly about. We have not disappeared with his household goods or money, and as soon as the driver's truck is repaired and DOT inspection is completed, Mr. Anthony's shipment will be delivered. We hope to have this situation rectified this week so that your shipment can be delivered immediately.

  Outstanding experience! The team who did our in state move were PHENOMINAL! They were efficient and respectful of my belongings. Adrienne in the office kept us informed and answered our many questions. I felt that we were in good hands. I highly recommend Homestead Transfer and Storage if you need reliable, trustworthy movers.
