  Everyone at Hoover the Mover was kind, professional, and courteous. Communication was effective. Staff over the phone were very professional and treated us very well. Delivery and pickup was timely. Delivery and pickup crew were very professional and treated us very well. Thanks for taking care of us with a smile!

  We had to use this company due to my husbands work, They are the WORSE in handling of your belongings. They don't care, the people they employ to load and unload are not professional at all, they don't watch their language, they smoke while packing in the trailers and unpacking. They sat out a large boombox, played music load, I had asked them to please turn that down, I don't want the neighbors calling the police, They said " If you want to see a bunch of movers pack up and take off fast have the cops show up". What type of people do we have unpacking for us, going through our home? We had so many things broken, many of my heirloom antiques broken, Damage to our home, back door large gauge taken out of the wood, the wall going upstairs from the dressers . The company refuses to pay for it. Because the movers didn't report it. OF COURSE THEY DIDN"T !!!! Even though I was on the phone with Joe from the main office, crying because my antiques are broken !!! My son's brand new mattress we had just bought right before the move, had a large tear in it. they gave us 150.00, that mattress is 700!!!!. Our furniture was wet and frozen, couldn't even remove the blankets, they were frozen. Standing lamps , broken, Piano damaged water marks, Parts missing, screws and bolts. The movers told us, they had unloaded and reloaded our things twice at the storage building. No wonder our things were broken !!!! They also, double stickered our things, and a lot of the stuff never was even marked. They are supposedly the largest movers for Parkview and SDI. BEWARE!!!!!!! I called the office and NO one will return my calls, we had 29 items reported!!!! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!

  We were moving out of state and checked with several agents before settling on Hoover the Mover. Best thing we did. Harold, James, and Will were fantastic! They treated our items as if they were there own; including creating boxes for some oversize articles. Everything arrived at our destination and nothing was damaged or broken. I have already recommended them. They truly want the move to be a good experience...and it shows.
