  They’ll get you financed, not a problem…everything was a breeze but don’t hold your breath to receive your home. They came to our property and dug the footers and we waited and waited for them to pour the concrete but nope..waited two months and nothing. They are tiny company and it shows. Sometimes it is better going with a bigger company because things get done. Just know that they don’t have the workers and are so backlogged if you buy it’s going to be months.

  It's been a challenging couple of years. Sorry for all the trouble. Covid has made everything difficult. As you are aware the reason it was going to take 2 months for you to receive your home was due to the fact that we had customers who were already under contract waiting on their new homes to be delivered before you decided to purchase here. You were updated regularly on delivery timeframes. The last delay was with the state of Kentucky. They had a problem with the permit office computer system. Again as you are aware. After they had discovered the problem we had to resubmit the documents to Kentucky and wait the 5 business days for the inspector to show up. We understand you were upset and tried to accommodate your wishes with a full refund of your deposit. Even though we had many hours invested in helping you with your financing and digging your footers. We're sorry we were not able to help you.

  This is at Horizons homes Norton Make sure if you order a home this is Very important don’t let them rush you take your time ((((((((Contract)))))))) electric, plumbing, hvac, Water hookup the type of blocks you want everything you want done put in contract because it will not get done if you don’t they charge you for ever thing they do and make sure you tell them Not to Put a bunch of dirt up in your yard and leave it. I would have recommend this place before the guys son and mom took it over I remember going up there when my mom bought her two homes up there years ago when I was younger and ((((his dad went out of his way to help you he is still up there but doesn’t have anything to do with the business side know)))). But know they do bad work rush on everything they do just to make a dollar or a couple of 100,000 dollars. They order what they want to order not what the customer wants because they know your in a hurry to get living in it. The blocks are the wrong ones had another block agreed on before sale. You should get what you want for $130,000 + They had plenty of time because it took them two months to put the double wide in. The houses are not made well at all something needs to be done about Clayton for this type of money you should have a good quality home. (((( Don’t use god to make your self money)))). You are better off finding a house to buy or build.

  Very slow about finishing up., will not hook up sewer pipes form one side of trailer to the other, which is part of setup, want you to pay extra to get pipes hooked up.Hasn’t back filled the pillars and has already put down plastic.they claim that contract says no hook up, so in that’s case they can put home together and not hookup electrical, sewer, or HVAC from one side to the other! So anyone that buy from them make sure you specify in your contact that it’s all to be hooked up at no cost to you, because it is part of setup. Very dissatisfied with the service my family has received!!
