  We have dealt with Hot Tubs and Pool Tables Outlet for years and have always had good service. We recently bought a Marquis swim spa from them after getting a hot tub from them a few years back. Drew and Greg were helpful and informative. Greg and his crew did a great job delivering our new pool and taking away our old tub. Drew made sure I understood the chemicals and care of the unit and answered any questions. Plus he’s just fun to talk to. Thanks again, Drew and Greg, for a great experience.

  Had a great experience with the team here and in particular great experience working with Drew. He really helped me with the entire process from selection of the tub and its configuration to thinking about how to position it on our property. He was such a delight to work with as a salesman and that he gave me his honest opinions and was very thoughtful. I ended up purchasing the Marquis 94l and I am delighted by it thus far. Very easy to connect with when I had additional questions even before the hot tub was installed. After was installed and I realized that I had inadvertently ordered the wrong color, he was quickly able to help me fix the issue. His private tutorial on how to take care of the hot tub was supremely helpful in giving me greater comfort on how to think through the process. I think that the process of choosing a tub to having it delivered by their crew to their help with the process afterwards has been seamless and extremely professional. Definitely talk to Drew if you are in the market for a new hot tub

  What a great store. Drew was a great salesman and helped us pick the right spa for our family. It was a difficult install as the spa had to go up on a high deck and dropped into place. Greg and his installation crew were professional and got the job done quickly. Dawn is customer service was great too. She helped us with a problem and got it solved in a timely fashion. Finally Drew gave us a chemical class for the spa. After looking at many utube videos and being totally confused he made it seem easy. everything was explained so we could understand it all. Our family would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a spa. Great staff that was always professional and friendly.
