These people who operate the business are so nice and yet very professional!!! They were willing to see us to talk about the options even when it wasn’t open hours at the shop. They’re very responsive and helpful to any questions we have had concerning our hot tub. My husband and avid runners and the hot tub has been our new best friend. We are in it multiple days a week! I was a bit intimidated at keeping the chemical levels right at first but now I don’t even have to think about it! If you think you may want a hot tub, definitely go with these guys. They’re the best!!

Absolutely the VERY BEST in Service, Reliability, Professional Courtesy, and Most Importantly, INTEGRITY! Both my wife and I have been wanting a Hot Tub since March 2020. Unfortunately, due to the Pandemic, many retailers were unable to assist, or their prices were outrageous. However, Lauren, from LMR was there to assist and get us our Dream Hot Tub, just in time for the Holidays! Lauren is an amazing professional, with a Real “Go To” Attitude to get the job Done! Regardless of where you live, take the extra drive and call or see Lauren for your next Hot Tub or Pool! Thank you, Lauren!

Matt and Lauren were really helpful in determining what spa option was best for our family. They have continued to be extremely helpful in the maintenance and upkeep of our spa. My spa ownership experience has been very positive because of their help and expertise. I have recommended them to everyone I know!
