  We booked a load with this broker and they were unloading my driver for 17!!! hours at receiver. I gave them updates on time, I sent email at 3.37 AM to let them know he is still not empty, then sent few more updates later in the morning. We ended up not even getting LAYOVER from them saying my driver was late etc., even though we had times on BOL and we were NOT late. Terrible and unprofessional. Never again. 0 stars

  Nothing but shady business deals!!!! Be careful they tell you one thing on the phone then add stops to the email sent with the rate con. When finding out about extra stops (about 40 miles) that were not mentioned on the phone. Asked for more money they said they already sent ratecon and would black list us if we didn’t take the load. Rate con was never signed by us or sent back but they still pressured us into taking the load. No honesty, no integrity. With all these bad reviews you would think they would learn. Nope! Save your time and money and take your business elsewhere

  Loubina Suffrard, We have thousands of Carriers that work with us, most have a great experience. Seems like something is missing here, our system is setup to ensure our rate confirmations are uploaded and our carriers receive a copy.

  A representative/broker by the name of Jordan was very disrespectful and rude. He hung up the phone on me twice. It’s a shame how brokers think they could treat carriers and we’re the ones to make sure the loads are getting covered. Do better next time Jordan. This industry is small and the dispatchers and carriers talk as well. We don’t like working with brokers that have little to no respect for us. Lastly, if the calls are recorded for training purposes I urge your management team to take a listen.
