Huffys did a move for me about six months ago. It was easy to schedule last minute, and rates were very affordable. Service was great, so being a fair guy I had to tip. The guys (Don and Theron) were fantastic, Respectful, Quick, and careful. Such a great moving experience, I couldn't have done it myself. I strongly recommend this company!

Huffy Movers had some hiccups during our move. The truck they brought was too small, and the battery died. So they had a second truck come along. It is a small business, and I understand things happen. Through the hiccups, however, they were reassuring, personable, and had a plan of action. In the end, they got the job done really well. All of our belongings were well taken care of and did not charge me for the extra time it took.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE HIRING HUFFYS! SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEARTACHE! I have used this moving company on three (3) occasions. My first move was a last-minute move from my apartment to a storage unit. Even though they started late these guys were (are) Phenomenal! They took care in packing and storing my belongings. I vowed to use them again. My third move (Nightmare still ongoing since 10-23-2020). Overcharged, move not completed, ;had to make multiple calls and text and 4 days later to get them to complete the move. Overcharged, charged for 6 hours 2 men and 3 hours an additional person, They worked 5 hours and took a hour break, the third person came and stayed for an hour had to pick child from daycare /school and never returned. They destroyed our washing machine now it's going to take 2 months to get it fix, (They did give a small portable one to use. (Wash one shirt and a towel at a time.) Move Date 10-23-2020..Huffy had ignored calls and text starting 10-24-2020, making promises and not keeping them, then finally completing 10-27-2020. Broken washer, calls and text again ignored or when answered they failed to follow through on multiple days until Tonya came out on 10-31-2020 with Tiny Washer for family. Still waiting on on refund / adjustment. Charged 1200.00 received 200.00. ( math still not adding up) 2 men, one truck 280.00 for 2 hours then 141.00 for 2 movers per hour, took 5 hours, third person only there for an hour. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Constantly being ignored about our adjustment is leaving us with no other option but seek remedy elsewhere. I have been fair giving Huffys an opportunity to make this right, we are done waiting for your company to voluntarily resolve this issue. Update and Response to Huffys: I just added more photos to prove your response is bogus and customers need to see what you consider as New / Same Model and Resolved. When Tonya read the first review, she called and I had to place her on speaker because I was at work repairing a receipt printer. A co-worked heard the entire conversation where Tonya in her frustration stated Huffys is not trying to take our money and stated Huffys will refund the full amount and we can pay for our own repairs; all we want is our billing corrected and washer repaired. When I offered to drop off the portable washer, she said keep it, she has no use for it and due to Covid she didn’t want it back.” I feel we have provided enough good will to have you do the right thing on your own, but you continue to fall short. Your movers were NOT there for 8 hours but 5.5 hours. I have “Ring doorbell” image when your drivers arrived and started.Your Movers moved items to the area that was set aside for trash, brand new purchased items still in their boxes. The return trip was promised by Rebecca because everything should have been moved (Apologies if I’m spelling your name wrong) and Huffys would return the next day at 9 AM to complete. (Ignored calls and Texts) copies of text and time stamps for calls are available and will be provided when needed. Your movers left the items not just in the basement but in the bedrooms on the second level. Your apology is noted, not accepted because you still feel you have done nothing wrong. Huffys continue to deny and feels that they have satisfied all responsibilities. The events that happened on this final move was very unfortunate, the way it is being handled shows you (Huffys) do not have the customers best interest or satisfaction at heart. So sorry that you were unsatisfied with our service. Our movers contacted you to pick up the items that were left behind at your previous residence. The movers stated that they were instructed from someone in your household that those items were to be thrown out. Our office has tried to work with you when we found out that your washing machine had been damaged. Our office ordered your part it was not in stock since it was an older washing machine and the part had to be ordered. Our office brought out a brand new portable washing machine to accommodate your family until the part arrived. When we called to check up on the part that was ordered we were informed that they did not have an eta on the part due to it coming from overseas which everything is on back order due to Covid. Our office bought your family a washing machine same make and model as the washing machine that was damaged. Our office has done all that it can do to accommodate your household we are responsible for the damages to the washing machine and we have resolved what we as a company are responsible for.
