  I was sure I’d have to make two trips to pick up this patio furniture but Hulk Industries doing the doggone thing and fit this whole set in at one shot!! It literally won’t even fit on my porch, lol! Saved me money & time, for real!! Thank you!

  Anthony Diaz at Hulk Industries THREATENED to issue a Cease and Desist if we posted this review. We had a poor experience with this company: their communication, time management, and general professionalism. We do not appreciate being threatened with a Cease and Desist for sharing our experience with Hulk Industries. I’ll let you make the call whether you want to do business with this company: We contacted Hulk Industries to remove an old couch from our property. From the start, it took multiple attempts to get a commitment and invoice for the work that was to be performed. We scheduled the pickup for 9:30 AM on Thursday, April 18th, 2019. We were alarmed when an individual showed up at 9:22 PM on Wednesday, April 17th. Obviously, we were confused and uneasy, not knowing why this person was at our house. We requested proof of an invoice, order, or some way of proving his legitimacy. He did not produce any documents but was doing his best to explain the mix up. After some discussion, he called Anthony. Based on this, we made the assumption that he was associated with Hulk Industries. We loaded the couch into his truck and he drove away. After this experience, we emailed Anthony and explained we were not happy with the service and did not feel we should pay the full invoice amount. Anthony responded with and email stating “We will return the couch to your property” and then sent another email stating, “There will be a small claims court fine and lien on your property 1st thing in the morning if this payment is not recieved (sic).” The email also stated, “If any negative review or other negative social mediums are left a Cease And Desist order will be put into place resulting in daily fines aswell (sic).” We opted to pay the invoice. After we paid the invoice in the morning, we received an email stating, “Feel free to leave whatever content you would like. Know that you will be receiving a cease and desist letter as well as a daily fine of up to $350 per day”

  I’m going to take a wild guess that these people that posted so quickly under this review are fake. So let me give you all a real honest review of this “company”. They showed up over 20 mins late which my wife and I only had the elevator reserved for 2 hours. So we had to start moving items and furniture ourselves until they finally arrived. Also, make sure you mirco-manage as they’re moving..trust me. They’ll say they need to go to their truck and disappear for 10 mins. They broke a wine glass and broke a leg off our dresser. This is the part that showed their true integrity. The dude told his boss that it was already broken lol! He LIED and said our dresser was already broke. Denver is loaded with plenty of options to choose from. Don’t let them lure you in because they charge cheap labor, you get what you pay for. Cheap service and workers for a cheap cost. Go on Yelp and look at their reviews under Hulk Moving..it’s the same company. You’ll see a review from my wife showing an email from one of the main guys there. Trust me..hire a more professional company. You’ll see other negative reviews on Yelp.
