Def will not refer this location to anyone on storage. The facility was nice enough and manager was understanding but the ownership would not return money. It had only been 5 business days, storage units were never used and the employees even said if you don't use them you can get a refund if you let us know. The ownership obviously shows they do not care about the customer. They had more than 15 of the exact same units available so I know they weren't worried about capacity.

Positive experience. Attentive and friendly staff. Immaculate units, and well-protected. Easy to access. Easy to initiate and terminate service.

This place sucks! As you can see from the pictures all of our furniture is ruined! Their storage units can not protect from dust and dirty. I would recommend renting storage from somewhere else. There is rock crushing plant next store that the storage units need to be more protected from. I might as well have left my stuff out side.
