  Packers sent by I-Go threw drawers of my belongings in boxes instead of properly packing them. They were SO SO careful to pack five pieces of unbreakable plastic items in 74 (74!!!) pieces of paper. Then comes this mess!!! Sheldon Menin had said that items in my wire baskets would be shrink wrapped. Instead, the packers tossed multiple baskets into a couple of large boxes without regard to wrapping or separating anything out. It took me hours to sort through the mess they left. They had total disregard for my belongings. I believe this happened when Jeff Nogg decided the packers had spent too much time and taken too many boxes (of course they did when they wrapped five pieces of plastic in 74 pieces of paper!) and ordered them to finish prematurely. Jeff then had the gall to call me and try to tell me I hadn't done as much packing as I told Sheldon I would (False! I packed MORE!) and try to convince me that it was MY fault and we needed an accommodation to pay more, even though we had a firm price quote, which I had already paid. Are these guys honest? On the other hand, Sheldon's estimated weights were accurate the the United driver was excellent.

  Shelton Menin was wonderful to work with in coordinating my parents move from Sioux City to Phoenix in September. He and his staff of Rhonda and Angela were very accommodating in making changes to move date and delivery. The movers were on time, explained the process, were kind and considerate while packing up the house. Highly recommend this group!!

  I-Go Van and Storage was everything we could have hoped for in a moving company. We got a couple of bids, and the I-Go people not only could make the move at a significantly lower cost, but their people and procedures made a more professional impression. The actual team that did the packing, loading, and unloading were uniformly conscientious, friendly, and cheerful. If I had to make another move and had access to their services, I would unquestioningly choose them again.
