  Very fair and upfront on process. Everything that iMove Auto said about other companies / brokers was accurate in the way they attempt to hike the price on you with even needing a deposit just to post. We received our quote on the exact day we indicated our car would be available to be picked up from NJ and it was picked up the same day. This was a Friday and our car made it down here to FL in just a couple days on Sunday. Not to mention it cost us hundreds less than other quotes / offers. Thank you!!

  I highly recommend these guys. This was my first time using this type of service and they were great. Responsive and informative. The driver that they booked - Carlos was GREAT. Responsive and honest. If I have to move a car again I definitely will use them.

  Are you looking for a driver who will use your car as their personal motel room and trash can while delivering your car 4 days late, not answer your calls or texts, not know the different transport laws between states, and tell you they take a specific payment method and then refuse that method at delivery? Then look no further! I remained patient with and actually felt bad for the hard time this driver had delivering my car on time due to the fact that he didn’t know the laws in Florida but my patience waned when he suddenly required a new payment method at pick up and then I found a beer bottle and greasy rags and packaging for some car part inside my car. Guessing he decided to use my car as his hotel so as to not cut into his profits on the trip. Of course, Imoveauto claims no responsibility for this since they aren’t the driver but they should accept some liability since they found him. They have assured me they won’t use him again but I’m not sure how that helps me. They told me they would refund their fee but after waiting around for weeks for it and calling numerous times, they are now refusing to refund me. This company will tell you they’re going to call you back and they never do. They just want you to go away after you pay them. They are the absolute worst.
