  I'm a retired teacher and I do not hand out 100% "A" grades unless someone has earned it. From the first call on, this just was as efficient as it could have been. They found a date and time despite short notice. The rate was fair and then some. What was really amazing was the crew: the front gate person was inexperienced, and had them wait, but the crew lead was clear headed, and stuck it out. They were loading about 10 minutes after the truck was positioned. They protected the furniture very well: blankets, wraps, delicate moving. Boxes with china and crystal were babied. I figured 5 hours. They were done in 3. There was no situation and no moving item they could not handle, at least for me. My wife said the same, and that said more than I can relay here. I'm sure other movers may be as good. This company was the best I've ever used. I suppose what I liked best was being able to relax, since they surely knew what to do, and communicated well. I hope East Texas hangs on to them.

  My daughter , Jennifer Eubanks, used your service the week before and was pleased so I set up a move. The driver COULD NOT back the trailer into the driveway. My daughters driver did back up trailer. She spent 25 minutes trying and then parked it in the street the they had to haul everything down the driveway and walk back up; it time consuming and physically tiring. They left a table on the porch. Then I get to storage place; I left after them by at least 7 minutes. It took me less then 10 minutes to get there and after 15 minutes I called and asked where they were, they said they were at a gas station and going to the bathroom. 20 minutes later I tried to call them with no answer; I called the office and it went to voicemail. The 5 minutes later I tried again and the driver said she couldn’t get in so she wanted me to open out driveway; said she had been there all along and could see me, which I don’t believe. They finally backed in and unloaded; she brought me the bill when they were halfway thru. The bill was too high, I questioned it and she said I’d get a receipt in a few minutes. It wasn’t there by the time they finished. When I did get it I was shocked; they not only charged me for her inability to get up drive way but also an extra $125 charge for unloading. Before I post my absolute rant on Facebook I would like to give you the chance to make this right and refund me $257.98 Sincerely Patricia White

  It is easy to place an order, especially when you need it done sooner than later. The process all the way through is easy to perform. I plan to use ICANN Moving for my future moving needs. RogerP Texas
