I had scheduled movers with a different company for 8am on a Friday and they called and canceled at 7:45am that day. I had to figure something else out quickly and I'm actually so happy that it worked out that way, because I called ICANN moving company and they were able to get to my house on that same day and did an amazing job. Candy and the crew that moved me were so kind and extremely professional. The company kept me updated every step of the way, they worked together seamlessly to make my move quick and easy. Everything was brought into my new home with care and they went above and beyond for me. I have hired movers in the past, and the quality of service did not compare to ICANN's! This company actually cares about their customers and it shows. I will definitely use them in the future & recommend them! Thank you!

I’ve used the Company on several occasions without issues occurring and I once again called for a simple 1 br move into a storage facility. I received a quote and agreed to pay the amount quoted by the companies representative. The move was today and an extra 200 dollars was added to my quote and charged to my credit card. I’ll never use this company again and I would advise anyone who is considering hiring this company to think twice before doing so.
