  I would not recommend this moving company for your move. This company was hired by a broker to make an interstate move for me of a 1 bedroom apartment. The day the movers arrived they told me my move would cost more then what I was quoted in my binding estimate agreement from the broker but were unwilling to tell me what the cost would be until all of my belongings were loaded onto their truck. Per the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration if you have a binding estimate any changes must be agreed upon prior to any belongings being loaded onto the truck, not after. They ended up charging me more than double what the broker quoted me. They claimed it was because I had more belongings. However, when the broker did inventory of my belongings they accounted for everything. For example: 1 queen sized bed, 1 bookshelf. When the movers did my inventory they counted 7 parts of my bed including rails and headboard and the individual shelves on my bookshelf in order to increase inventory and charge me more. They wouldn't give me a delivery date on when my belongings would arrive. When I called to complain about being overcharged the office manager yelled at me on the phone and told me if I was unhappy I should have had the movers unload the truck. In that case I would have been out the 1,200 deposit that I paid and then I would have had to pay for the movers to load and unload my truck for no reason. I have filed a complaint with FMCSA against this company. They also have 11 complaints on them just from 2021. My belongings showed up broken and they had obviously be went through. I would avoid this company at all costs.

  This has absolutely been one of the worst experiences of our lives. This company and I Movers LLC are complete garbage. Let me begin the story. We began getting competitive quotes from moving companies. When you are initially dealing with these folks(sales) they are great to talk to and very responsive. We started at a quote of roughly $5k. After you sign the contract and you are on the hook you start to notice gaps in service and poor customer service. On the second call that $5k turned into $10k. At that point its to late to get your deposit back. They show up and haul your stuff away(and expect a tip. Literally sat there until they got one). My family moved over a month ago. It has taken us at least that long to get a straight answer from Allegiance and I Movers. Now they are saying there will be an additional fee of $950 because they need to shuttle out items to the house. The total cost went from $5k(started) to over $12k(ending). Do not hire these companies. Once they have your stuff they have you completely over a barrel. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB on I Movers and will file another on Allegiance for predatory price quotes and poor business practices

  If I could give a negative star rating, this company would get it. I booked our move through imovers and was assured on several occasions that we would have an AM pick up. Never heard directly from the actual moving company until the dispatcher from imovers got them on a conference call after 5PM the day before our move, only to find out they weren't coming to our pick up location till 2 in the afternoon. Had to cancel... Hate the middleman.
