DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!#! I paid $75 a month for everything I own to be destroyed. Between the water damage, mice, rats and snakes I lost EVERYTHING I own. Every piece of furniture I own, all of my children's stuff, every picture, all of my Christmas stuff and worst of all everything from when my children were babies!!!! I am beyond heart broken 💔 and soo angry I can't even explain it!!!!!! Please DO NOT give lavalette storage a penny of your money to destroy everything YOU own!

Facility is fine, gate seems secure, customer service is easy to work with. The driveway is not located on Pinehurst, you turn off of 75 to get in, so the directions are a little inconvenient

The ceiling is falling in unit 99 the unit they gave us the drywall is falling off from the ceiling
