  STAY AWAY!!! The worst experience I’ve ever had with any service, period. My wife and I were promised a “white glove service” where we can just “sit back and relax” while our stuff was moved. We hired Axis Van Lines which brokered our Insta Movers, and were SO disappointed with the service. We received the furthest possible concept from that, as the three guys who came to love our stuff were incompetent, inept, and inexperienced. One facetimed the entire time in one our rooms. One threatened us with a felony if we weren’t happy with the service and didn’t want to pay, and one was a teenager. Four times they told us they were done, and four times we had to physically walk them to drawers, bathrooms, and ENTIRE ROOMS that were not finished. We paid two down payments that were ignored at the time of moving, so when we paid and signed it was more than we were told. We’ve been emailing and calling for 30 days with no resolution over a dispute of over $1000. They left our place trashed, so we had to hire a professional cleaner before the new people moved into the house. We were planning on leaving the night of when they arrived in the morning but had to spend several hours finding additional things they missed and packing our already filled car with things they assured us they packed. They left several pieces of our wedding arch, which we couldn’t fit into the car and had to leave. They haven’t resolved our dispute so we haven’t been able to buy Christmas gifts for our family. They haven’t responded to calls and emails every day. STAY AWAY FROM INSTA MOVERS!!!!

  We would like to apologize to you for the problem you had with your household goods move. At this time I can not find an open claim with the claims department CSIPros. I am sure when you open your claim they will be able to settle your claim.

  Do not use this mover. We were told 4 people would come to pack up our stuff. Only 3 showed up with no tools to break down our furniture and only two workers , were suppose to be at our house at 4 showed up at 8:40 at night. Of course they charged us more more the whole loading the truck was an absolute nightmare. Not knowing that Cardinal Movers was a Moving Broker(beware of brokers they totally lied and deceived us) they sourced it to Insta Movers. Was never told our belongings would be taken to a warehouse in Birmingham and when a truck was coming our way they would bring it. Forward 2 weeks later it arrives 90% of our furniture was damaged and boxes crushed and busted open. But here’s the real kicker we had the ashes of our Pooh Bear who had passed away two years before. It was my Granddaughters first pet. We are still going through boxes but hadn’t been able to find them. We get contacted through FB and a family in Jacksonville found a box of our stuff in theirs and they found our name on the cremation papers. Luckily this kind person contacted us. I have sent a list of damaged items and have yet to hear back. Looks like small claims court maybe in my future. AVOID and run if this company is mentioned. Seems like no one regulates these movers that is something that needs to be done,

  We moved from Alabama to Florida and half of our stuff is broken and not fixable with almost 800$ in damage. Then on top of it they didn’t tell us we would have to use our gas to pick up their movers to help unload. I’m beyond angry and the company doesn’t care about their customers!!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!
