  I rated this company base on poor customer service. You need to do better.My vehicle was dispatch to this company by a Broker company Montway Auto Transport My experience was unsatisfactory. These brokers tell customers whatever just to get money. I have my vehicle (Thank God)but the process of the whole service was poor. Communication, paper worker, Soon as the broker company take thier percentage of the service charge they feel they are not responsible after that. This company that took my order have poor reviews on BBB rated D-

  I used this company at a recommendation from Feldmann Imports in Minneapolis to ship my car from Minneapolis to Miami. They picked up my car on time from Feldmann and was two weeks late delivering the vehicle to Miami. When I called to enquire, the told me the vehicle was in St. Louis, Missouri and in transit, however when I located the vehicle on my phone app, it was still at their yard in Chanhassen, MN. I would never use these people again. They're not honest and communication from them was deplorable. Find someone else if you want quality and timely service

  This company transported my car from Minnesota to Utah. They failed to deliver it by the scheduled date 2 different times. It took 2 weeks for it to arrive, when it arrived the driver had gotten grease on the drivers door panel and scuff marks on the interior door panel, this is unacceptable when delivering a brand new vehicle. They have very poor communication and the employees were rude when i called into them to get updates on the status of the vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend using this carrier ever again.
