  Absolutely the worst moving company I have ever used. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR FURNITURE BROKEN. We used Invoke as our movers in July of 2021 and on the day of the move, the guys came on time and were very nice, and we had no problem with the actual movers. However, when arriving to our new address, one of the movers broke a piece of our furniture and brought it to my attention. This was fine because I know accidents can happen and that I would be reimbursed. HOWEVER, trying to get a reimbursement has been IMPOSSIBLE. SANDRA @ the front desk is EXTREMELY rude and mean and has made this process extremely difficult. I reported the broken furniture the day after the move and have yet to receive anything acknowledging the issue and when I call, I get sent to their answering service. Save your time and money and spend the extra $50 for a better company.

  Your claim was received August 22 and is being processed for "Tv Stand Leg". Instructions are in email and on contract for Damage Claim. All communication is by mail to ensure proof of process for TxDMV. Sandra does not have the legal authority to communicate as she continues to explain. We record all calls and she has been specific in her instructions for damage claim each time. Your review indicates you have an issue with Texas Department of Motor Vehicle process. Please contact TxDMV 888-368-4689. EVERY mover in Texas is required to comply with claims process they have mandated as Texas Legislation.

  I recently decided to move to the area and got a bunch of quotes. But invoke moving really stood out because of their customer service. Sandra was so nice and made the process super easy. The guys showed up on time and moved surprisingly fast in 90 degree weather. Im very happy with my move and will definitely be using them in the future!

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They broke multiple items and scratched up our brand new hardwood floor in about 10 places due to their rushed unprofessionalism. They would not unwrap the furniture or bother to make sure things were set up correctly. They groaned and made remarks under their breath when I asked them to unwrap the furniture or put furniture pieces back together that they had taken apart . Of the items that they did agree to unwrap, they left trash everywhere. They were rushing around trying to get done in the last hour. It was such an awful experience. We have moved multiple times and never had an experience like this.
