  "Ever since the new owners took over, They are IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF! We have tried and tried and tried to contact them to give them our card number to make payments and we never get a call back. We have NEVER had this problem before in the 10 years we have been there or been late or not made a payment. Now we owe a bunch of money DESPITE REACHING OUT TO THEM EVERY MONTH TO TRY AND PAY IT! I want the late fees removed! We have tried relentlessly to contact you! Both through email and phone and online payment (we made a payment last month and now theyre saying we didnt pay that either) im fed up! I have a lot of valuable and sentimental belongings in that unit that i refuse to lose because THEY never return calls!"
