  Have been trying to get a unit removed from my acct that I haven't used for over a month but they continue to charge me AND add late fees. The woman kept saying they were having problems with their payment system but it has been over a month. I have left multiple messages for her to charge my CC on file for the one unit that I am still renting but that hasn't happened and now they have added late charges to this unit, as well. I can't make a payment online because their system won't just let me pay for the one unit I am renting. Plus, they still have my deposit for the previous unit. Something needs to be done as this is no way to run business.

  Told them I only wanted the unit for a short amount of time, rented for 2 months then gave my 2 week notice, Called and left messages on both phones and emailed them. On the 1st they sent me a bill, I called and left message, by the end of the month they charged me two late fees, I FINALLY got hold of her and she said she would take care of it. I just now got a past due amount for 158.36 for a second month. I will remove this bad review when you take care of this and return my deposit. You run your business in an extremely slipshod manner.

  We have had our storage unit broken into with much of our stuff taken and called to talk to them and never receive a call back
