Update: still the same, good place to store a toy or two. Snow is still kept clear for easy access. This a cold storage sort of place. Great for getting your bigger toys out of the weather. Plenty of room for smaller items as well. This is not the kind of place you rent do you can use it as a shop, it's not open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The guy who runs the place is honest and does not mess around. He's gruff at times, curt at times, given all that he runs a very upfront and honest business. I've also noticed that he keeps the place snow free which allows for pretty constant and reliable acess year round.

Attitude? Don't ask this guy too many questions or he'll cuss at you and tell you he never wants to hear from you again. The charge is $2/ft in length of your RV / month. The downside is that to access your RV you have to get Mr. Attitude to let you in. Very very unprofessional situation. But on the plus side, it IS an enclosed warehouse.
