  Jaguar movers was great- it was a difficult job, moving from a 3rd floor, but they were friendly and in high spirits the entire time. They were also professional and took care to protect our furniture and walls. I would absolutely use them again.

  Jake and Paul were awesome! They got my whole place loaded and unloaded in just a couple of hours. They were very accommodating and it was clear they care about your stuff and won’t just throw it around like other movers I’ve used. They made it a very pleasant experience and I will definitely use Jaguar Movers again in the future!

  I just wanted the service to match the cost !As of 10/15/21 I’ve sent several emails , several pictures made serval calls no response and no resolution. I spent over $700.00 + to basically move my own things . Renting a truck & getting help from family would’ve been cheaper and more efficient! This company was an hour late due to their truck breaking down .Almost an hour late to the second destination which was 15 min away from the other …We were charred for traffic which we were told by the company “not their fault “ but no accountability for their plenty mistakes. Me and my family had to help unload the truck with everything, maybe a few items wrapped ( we had some already wrapped and broken down ) broken items including a bed frame that they stated “ was loose anyways “ .., Oh and they were only able to load half of the items on the truck which my sisters place was smaller in square footage on the truck & was under the impression everything would be able to fit when given a quote but no communication that it wouldn’t or that they would not make another trip due to the time so we had to hire movers at night to move the baby’s crib due to baby having nowhere to sleep ( also insisted multiple times that was the most important ) .,when unloading the items everything was just thrown on top of each other no belts fastened. Liquid from one of the boxes damaged baby items … employees cursing each other out on the job . I added a few pictures some of what I’ve also sent to the company.

  I have already responded to another review written by Lexus Thomas regarding this move, so I will attach my response below and apologize again for the inconvenience. I’m sorry to hear about your recent move with our company. Our team takes pride in their work and they try to make sure each customer has a good experience. I understand you felt like it shouldn't have taken as long, but our team does not "milk the clock." We do not charge you for the time to and from our office and you were not charged for this time. All of our guys are put through training, strength test, and full background checks. They are strong and work smart. Again, I apologize for the frustration - we know as much as anyone how stressful moving can be. I hope you enjoy your new home. In regards to any damage that occurred, has been handled in accordance to the coverage option this customer chose.
