  Jakes charged a reasonable set amount that did not vary with adjustments. We did well estimating the work at 3 hours, it took 2.5 and they stuck to their estimate. The team was quick, professional, and took very good care of my furniture, wrapping it in plastic, even the odd shaped stuff like the cat tree. They packed my storage unit very efficiently so it easily fit my entire 3 bedroom house in a 10x15 unit. Then came back 3 weeks later to unpack it and move it to my new house. I whole-heartedly recommend them for your move. You won't be disappointed!

  We have utilized the services of Jake's Moving and Storage twice within the past several months for both a significant relocation move and for a smaller move which included both moving items to a new location and moving furniture within our home. On both occasions Jake's people did an exemplory job. Every item was handled with extreme care and the entire moves were accomplished efficiently and effectively. We have the highest regard for this organization and we would readily utilize their services for any future moving needs!

  We needed a mover who was experienced in moving antiques. Found Jake's through their website, They did a professional job and took great care in moving these items, which had both sentimental value for our family and significant monetary value. We would recommend them without qualifications.
