I have been using this facility for several years. The best thing that happened to this place is Patty. She is an absolute amazing person and employee. She is always welcoming you with a smile and kind words. She has a heart of gold and always goes above and beyond to help you find a solution. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Patty thank you for all your hard work and being so kind to me during difficult times in my life.

My husband ( James) and I ( Judy) recently rented a unit. We have NEVER had better service from anyone. Patti is such an asset to the company. Patti is like a breath of fresh air when you walk into the office. Patti went over everything with us, the paperwork, the rules, the safety measures, and answered our questions . Patti made us feel comfortable with our decision to store our things. We recommend Jamestown Storage with a 5 star and would give them a 20 star if we could.If you have anything to store be sure to go in,check it out and meet Patti. You’ll be glad you did. If you have anything to store and want to feel safe to store then this is the place to go. PS. Schmidt is my last name but not the name we registered with at the facility.

This is the best self-storage facility! The manager, Patricia, is extremely friendly, considerate and accommodating for your every need. The facility is always clean with ample aisleways for easy access. Their security is top notch and it's always nice to know your property, and you, are safe and secure in this facility.
