Ill just copy and paste what someone else said 5months ago and leave it there. Keep going back and forth between calls, extensions and numbers that are no longer in service. PCSing is stressing as it is. “Horrible. There is absolutely no reason for this office to even exist. They never answer the phone as I’m sure that they are open. I should not have to drive all the way to base just to get help from people in this office“

Whilst in the military they offer great service and are very time efficient. However, once out of the service when trying to request personal property from storage the process is extremely slow and little information is given. Big issues with being left on hold while the person helping is clueless to where your property is being stored and little to no help on filing the paperwork to get the transportation of goods started. Also the flow of communication is slow and or nonexistent

You can get lucky and get someone very helpful like I did, I will find her name and update, or you get someone that has poor work ethics. Just go in with a good attitude and they should treat you fine... "should"....
