  On December 30 we used Jensen movers for our local move. Peter the owner was great he came to our home evacuated how big of a truck and how many men we would need. During that process he told us to pack each room and mark each box with the designated room it would be placed in. We even went as far as selling most of our furniture and using all the extra space to organize the boxes per room. On the day of the move we asked the movers to please load the truck so the rooms in the back of our new house would come off first and all the things for the garage last. Well they didn’t and everything was dumped in every room but not the rooms marked clearly on the boxes. Furniture was chipped artwork had broken frames and glass. One of the guys even suggested we pay him $50 an hour to come back and help organize and move the boxes to their designated place. They talked about Peter in front of me way more than they should have. They were irresponsible with our things and they didn’t care at all. And the truck was to small so they had to bring a flatbed that they thought we would pay extra for. When we spoke to Peter and told him we asked DO YOU HAVE A BIG ENOUGH TRUCK and he said yes and then on top of it we sold 3 large rooms of furniture since we were downsizing and the truck was to small as a decent person he realized it was his mistake and didn’t charge us for the flatbed. I would definitely take the insurance if I moved again and I would definitely investigate what kind of people work for the company because Peters people are not like he appears at all

  We apologize Merri you were not fully satisfied with your recent move. We wish you would have reached out to us after the discovery of the damages so we could have corrected the issues for you. If you give us a call we would like to discuss possible ways for us to rectify the situation. As far as the truck goes, we notified you the trucks we use are 26’ standard straight trucks. We also notified you that the contents of your move would make a tight fit if some of your furniture was not sold, this is the reason we had to utilize the additional trailer to complete the move in one trip. As you mentioned, we provided this trailer at no additional cost to you. We also understand the house the items were being moved to was still under renovations. With the house still in the process of being painted this gave us very little space for the items coming into the home. Our customer satisfaction is very important to us, please give us a call at your earliest convenience.

  I've used this company to move me from city to city (2hrs away) in 2020 and then again recently from storage unit to storage unit. They are professional and up front on the phone, punctual, careful, congenial and fast working. Their price per hour is high, but the quality of their service is very good. I will use them again.

  Deric and Devon helped me unload a truck and they did an amazing job. They worked very efficiently and carefully! I would highly recommend these guys!
