  We scheduled a move with Johnny, and he happily took our deposit money. On the day we were moving, he rescheduled on us for the next day. On the next day, he wanted to reschedule again. We decided to cancel instead, and Johnny said that he would refund us the deposit. After many months and many phone calls, we still haven’t received our deposit back. We strongly discourage anyone from working with this company due to their lack of ability to provide a moving service and lack of responsiveness after taking our money.

  Paid Johnny Franklin to move our stuff. He happily took my money. He kept making up excuses saying don’t worry they are on the boat being shipped out. It was just lie after lie, turns out my items have just been sitting in a storage unit for the past 4 months. I had to call every storage unit on Oahu to find my items. DO NOT believe anything Johnny tells you he is a con man. He seemed legit and very nice but he will take your money and not fulfill the service. He has ripped off many others too. We need to get Johnny behind bars.

  Terrible experience with JF moving services. I called requesting for help moving a couch. He charged me $110 that I had to pay up front, but ensured that his movers would be at the store to pick up the couch at 11 AM sharp the next day. I waited at the store for almost 2 HOURS for his mover to arrive. I find out his mover had been told to come at 11:45, when he told me 11. On top of that, he only sent 1 person, so I PERSONALLY had to help load the couch onto the truck and then up the stairs of my apartment since the poor guy couldn’t do it himself. The mover himself was a nice guy, and this wasn’t his fault, it was poor communication from his boss. I called and asked for a discount since I wasted 2 hours and had to use my own labor to move up the couch. He told me he would send back $40 dollars and never did. I’ve called 3 times now and he keeps telling me he will pay me back but he doesn’t. Very unprofessional, and honestly, just rude. Please don’t use this moving service.
