They never return calls. Called and left messages several times in regards to buying a house they had listed. Two weeks later still no return call. I guess you could find some good deals here if you're lucky enough to call and someone actually answers

Tried asking questions about a building had for sale brought up square footage it's listed as is wrong and wanted to talk about price and he just got mad and hung up saying forget about it but if you advertise something as in good shape or as good roof it needs to be and not full of leaks and shingles falling inside the building. And if you would just listen to what is being asked give the person some time I would have offered a fair price I'm not stupid I know what I'm talking about

Had him move a building. Part of the contract was to level the building. He requested full payment to pay his workers after delivery. Before i knew it he took off and left us to dry. Wouldnt respond to calls. I considered small claims court but it's simply not worth missing work. Beware of this guy, if you decide to do business DO NOT PAY UP FRONT, ENSURE HE FULFILLS YOUR CONTRACT.
