  "We recently sold our mobile home. Our buyer decided to go with Joe's Mobile home service. Two times Rodney was a no show to even look at the job but set a move date anyway of Dec 2. The buyer called Rodney on the 1st to confirm the move. Rodney says he can't do it till the 4th. Dec 4th. Rodney is a no show. My buyer contacted me on the 7th said Rodney didn't realize it was a 16x80 and he needed to get permits that will take 2-3 days and he 'll move it at the end of the week. Dec 10 . I get Rodneys number and called to try to explain that we need to know when he is moving the trailer because my husband has to take off work. We have to have the electric hooded back up to our garage because that is where were are living till our house is built. Rodney interrupted, telling me how the buyer had called him too many times on the 4th (after he was a no show) and he had told the buyer to" LOSE HIS NUMBER". He proceeded to say the buyer had called and apologized so it was all good now but that he had 2 guys exposed to covid 19 and he would not be moving the trailer this week but to call him that evening and he would tell me when he would move it next week. I called him that evening. He said he wasn't home yet but that he would call ME when he got home with a day. Needless to say he never called me back. The buyer has decided to go with someone else. We needlessly moved out of the trailer. A family is living in a camper waiting on their mobile home and now they will have to spent Christmas in that camper, all thanks to Joe's Mobile home serive. This company does not care what lives they mess with. Do not use!!!!!"
