  "If you work for this company don't expect respect or empathy from your employers. The office management people are great but your supervisor and co owner are not. They tell you about your loads that you need to do the night before but then that day they spring something else on you as well without any warning and if you have something important planned for when you were told you would be done, that doesn't matter to them. Poor management skills as well as communication. Also poor communication on the supervisors behalf on occasions such as, if it was a holiday and you call in a day or 2 before to make sure you weren't scheduled to work right?. Well later down the road, your supervisor holds a "grudge" about that because he got called last minute and had to work a few hours on a holiday when he could have called and asked for help but didn't. I think the company is good overall but the supervisory department of it, is a poor choice due to lack of communication, respect, and understanding."
