We recently used John Palmer for our move. I spoke with several possible companies and chose John Palmer because they took more time up front to scope out the job. I had confidence that their estimate was realistic and well thought out. On the day of the move, Ivan, Miguel, Zac and Felipe arrived on time and were ready to get to work. They were such an efficient and pleasant team. They didn't even stop for a lunch break, despite me encouraging them to do so. They also handled all of our things with great care. They made a stressful situation (moving), much less stressful. I highly recommend this company and the team that moved us, including Nick, who checked in on move day to ensure all was going well! The cost came in under their estimate which was a pleasant surprise too.

Reliable. Responsible. Respectful. 3 words least associated with a moving company, but they describe John Palmer Moving. Nick M. provided an accurate estimate (translating to a transparent bill). The Driver & Crew arrived exactly on-time on Moving Day and were efficient, respectful of property and us, and courteous. Bob in Operations provided pre-move reassurance and excellent day-of and post-move follow-up. Great experience.
