Johnson Moving and Storage provided the worst moving experience of my Family’s lives. In August 2021, my family moved from Denver to Jacksonville. The packers and movers in Denver were very good. That is where all good experiences ended. The communication that we received is my main concern. Many times, it was difficult to receive information on the status of our move. When we did, it was more times rude than not. Johnson advertises that they are not a moving brokerage and this is why we hired them. This is far from the truth. The driver shortage due to the pandemic is understandable but it was never explained to us that a totally different company would be delivering our household items. The company in Jacksonville was not professional. They complained the entire time and it was a very uncomfortable and embarrassing experience. This is after our household items were delayed two weeks after the day we were told that they would be delivered. There was never any concern for our extremely uncomfortable living experience during this time. Johnson offered us a $500 refund for our trouble which I still have not seen. This is a shocking amount in accordance with the amount that we paid them. Moving across the Country can be difficult but Johnson Moving and Storage made it more than terrible. Please think twice before going through a similar situation to ours. Hopefully, Johnson will emphasize to their team members that kindness, respect and ethical dealings are paramount to customers.

I just had a delivery from a store using Johnson Moving. The moving team, John and Devin, were professional, happy people. They really took care and helped place the chair perfectly. Who ever hired and trained these men, did a great job! Many thanks!

Johnson Storage was scheduled to show up to move my Household goods today and never showed up despite emails from my Coordinator stating Pick Up date was today. The Packers came yesterday as stated in the email but the movers failed to show up. This is a big miscommunication problem that has possibly impacted our PCS date in a negative way.
