  Johnson moved us from Colorado springs to Tacoma with everything intact. Angie was super communicative. The packers were super efficient! And the loaders were great at protecting the furniture. Fortunately we had extra time so we could be patient while they dealt with staff shortages and terrible winter weather. Highly recommend.

  We had a terrible experience with Johnson Moving and Storage. Our upholstered furniture arrived filthy, two lamps were broken, and an antique chest was missing part of the pieces. Also, several pieces like our king size mattress and 70” television didn’t arrive with our delivery and it was over a month later when we received them. Having been in the military and moved several times, we have never experienced as bad a move as this one.

  Everyone on the team was awesome, from Susan who came and did the inventory and followed up regularly to Angie Ferreria our moving agent who took care of us extremely well for our car and household goods. The driver was incredibly too, Ryan he was in an out at both locations and was able to have our HHG delivered earlier than we had anticipated. Everyone made a stressful time a lot let stressful know I was in good hand as were all our items that make a house a home!!!!!! Thank you
