  I was concerned about calling a moving company but my friend kept telling me I should call Jones Movers and I'm so glad I did. When I called they answered all my questions and eliminated my concerns. They told me how many movers they would send, what the price would be and how to prepare. On moving day, Howard and his crew arrived on time. Howard is a big teddy bear and very kind. They worked hard the whole time. There were no hidden fees. I am very pleased and agree with my friend that if you need moving, call Jones.

  I would not call them again. Three years ago, I paid $820 for a 2 bedroom apartment move within the same zip-code. It took the 3 men about ~8 hours. They struggled with the metal bed frames for awhile, which should have been a routine procedure. A wooden TV stand was nicked, my dining glass table was dropped and shattered, and one of the men forgot to wear deodorant which made the elevator rides experiences sub-par. They were super nice, but they could've been better trained. The company reimbursed me $100 for the table (after many phone calls), which I was happy with... but still $720 and not having a dining table to eat from for a week + wasting time getting a new table delivered... was not worth the experience.

  Because of my prior job I have done a lot of moving. I can tell you these guys are very good movers. They used moving pads to protect my furniture. During one of my moves with another company they only used plastic to protect my furniture. That was not good. The charges are easy to understand. Their workers didn't slow down for a minute. Very satisfied!
