  I *strongly* recommend against using this company for any move. Moving is a hassle to begin with but this company did not make it easier. In brief, I had issues with (1) Communication (2) Delayed shipment/receiving (3) Personal items destroyed in moving process. To be more thorough, the company arrived on time for pickup and packed my belongings in easily. However, soon the troubles started. My items were in a warehouse for 2 weeks and I was given no notice or updates about the progress unless I called and reached out to them. Every time I did, I had a vague response of "sometime next week" or "soon." Once it did ship, I was told my shipment would come to me "directly." Despite this, it took 3 weeks (1.5 weeks over my contracted amount). There are no updates or tracking provided and the company will once again provide vague responses. They promised a partial reimbursement for the delay once my belongings arrived. Once my belongings arrived (which I was only able to coordinate after I called and had to ask for), most boxes were crushed and several items were broken. The unpackers moved quickly and were kind, but that was the only extent of positive experience with the company. Since the 3+ weeks of having receive my items and MULTIPLE calls, the company is no longer responding to my emails or phone calls regarding the broken items or delayed shipment. I won't be using them in the future and will recommend against them to anyone that asks.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If you value your belongings at all DO NOT use Jordan East River Moving Company. They are neglectful with your possessions and do not treat them with care at all. Boxes clearly marked fragile were returned crushed and damaged, large pieces of furniture that were wrapped by them were returned damaged beyond repair and unusable. For example, they broke the right front leg on my TV stand, the screw was bent almost in half and the wood was splintered so it couldn’t be replaced. They also lost a desk and a travel backpack full of clothing. The backpack was never located. The desk was missing for more than a week and when it was located and returned the sturdy metal legs of the desk were bent inward so far that the metal is cracked at the seams, so even though it will still stand upright placing something as heavy as computer equipment on it will surely make it collapse. While some bumps and bruises are to be expected when moving, nothing in the expected/normal wear and tear of moving would cause this kind of damage. On top of being neglectful with your personal belongings despite being paid thousands of dollars to move them, they are deceitful when supplying information to the customer. They tell you it will take 14 days to receive your items, it is not until you call to verify when your items will arrive that they tell you its 14 business days. When something goes missing and is damaged they tell you that they can’t offer you more than the pennies on the dollar because you didn’t get the extra insurance as if it is something you have opted out of, when the extra insurance is never actually offered to you. If you’re wondering why there aren’t many negative reviews given the terrible things I’ve just detailed it’s because if you take the pennies they offer you, you have to sign a form saying that you won’t write “disparaging” reviews, and if you have already written one it will be taken down. So to receive any money to replace or fix the damage caused by their neglect you aren’t allowed to tell the truth about how they conduct business. If you value your items Do Not use this company, because they will not treat them with care.

  I was hired at the request of Israel Kesler, named Mike. He begged me to help him so that in his campaign work somehow move forward. It so happened that my friend's son tragically died, and I could not cover one of his jobs. I got a very rude message from him. But the most amazing thing happened later. He turned to my forman and offered him a job on an unprecedented basis, without informing me about it. It was mean of him after everything I did for him. I want everyone to know to what extent the owner of this company is not decent. He did not even sympathize with human tragedy. For him, apparently human life is worth nothing. Mike Kesler is so low that you can't even find a decent workforce to raise your company name. I would call such traitors and I advise everyone to stay further away from him. He can easily throw anyone for the benefit of his success.
