  First I want to say everyone here was always nice and if my payment didn't go through they were always good to call me and let me know and several times my door was stuck they were very helpful and it is a secure place. Why only one star on the other hand in the years I rented from them dust and dirt was always blowing in my unit at one point there was a pile of rocks and dirt when I showed it to one of the guys he said it didn't look like rodents he thought someone had dumped it there. When I was able to finally move everything out of the storage unit and further inspected the empty storage unit the unit appeared to be off it's foundation and something was burrowing up into my unit hence the reason for all the rocks and dirt. Everything was caked with dust and dirt and I didn't realize how bad it was till I was able to inspect stuff, much of the stuff in cardboard boxes was ruined, the stuff in the rubber maid tubs were fine but much of the stuff is and was filthy to the point of having to clean it up before I was able to even bring it in the house. K&L at one point did offer to give me to another unit I should have taken them up on it but at the time it was cold and winter time and I had no one to help me. The next time I rent a unit I will probably rent at an indoor facility.
