Kangaroo is the best, I was very pleased with every aspect of the moving experience. Scheduling was easy, they accurately assessed my needs, and they showed up on time on moving day. Communication was excellent throughout the process. When the movers arrived I gave them a quick walk-through of everything that was being moved, and not moved, and then they got to work. I requested some last-minute changes during the move and they readily complied. Every item was well-wrapped, from the TV monitor to the sofa and other pieces of furniture. Kangaroo came highly recommended to me by my friends who had used them, and I highly recommend them to others.

Was a very easy process to schedule our movers for our pod that got delivered to us from Florida! We anticipated our two bedroom move to take about 3-4 hours, but the two-man crew was able to do it in under two! Everything was moved carefully and the process was very smooth. It was also great that we had the option to pay in cash or card after they moved everything! Will definitely book them for our next move.

Was on a tight schedule to move and Kangaroo moving allocated an early morning slot for me...super thankful for that! The two movers came punctually and after a quick syncing they moved all of the items in the studio under an hour, super professional through the whole process, couple of things noticed: 1. they made sure there's no surprise, extra charge or anything at the beginning of the move 2. great communication and some of the small talk really helped...moving is always stressful 3. before leaving the apartment they double checked with me to make sure all the doors are closed...my apartment did have some "incidents" before due to people moving out and door reservation so much appreciated, this is great customer service, attention to details sorry I forgot the name of the two movers I want to thank them for this good moving experience...I've already recommended Kangaroo moving to my friends my suggestion to all the future customers: do schedule the move as early as possible they are quite popular! And don't forget to tip the movers they deserve all for the great work!
