  I seriously can’t believe these reviews are all real, especially the good ones. If it’s an interstate move please invest in Pods services. My interstate move from Pa to Tx started on June 21 and was not completed until July 26, with many issues of course. In talking to an employee of Keep It Moving I was told,“I’ve seen it take as long as three weeks”and he saw how surprised I was and then he went on to say, “I’m not saying it’ll take that long, I’m just saying I’ve seen it take that long”. I’d be lying if I said the move didn’t start of well initially but, in the process of dealing with this company I never received one phone call only emails, even though I mentioned to them early on that would appreciate a call back. My belongings were wrapped very professionally which I was pleased with but, to see my things being moved into my new place without the same no wrapping was very surprising to say the least. Not only did I receive things that weren’t mine, which I pointed out right away, I found out after everything was moved in that I was missing my TV, all of the back pillows to my sofas and one of my sofas was damaged, the frame and headboard to my bed, an expensive lamp, and most importantly due to sentimental value my Guitar also was no where to be found. The cost to have these things replaced clearly exceeds what I paid for the services, so therefore I was not at all happy with their services and I do not recommend them under any circumstances. This company is definitely not in the business of servicing and it shows in their attitude and actions as interstate moves can be very stressful on individuals and families . I would recommend a more reputable company like Uhaul maybe because at least piece of mind is there knowing that you can track the progress of your move rather than being told a bunch of different lies. Hope this can help those looking to potentially use their services to stir clear of this company.

  A friend of mine in medical school recommended this moving company to me. At that point, I was very desperate to find movers and I had called multiple different companies. Quotes were as high as $3600 to move me from Pennsylvania to North Carolina. I was only moving a 1 bed/1 bath apartment and needed help with dismantling and reassembling my bed, dining room table as well as carrying other big items (I.e. dresser, desk, 8x10 rug). Andre answered my call and was so helpful. He had movers at my apartment who (arrived on time!!!) carefully took apart my things, labeled each and every box, wrapped up my mirrors and tv all within a few hours. In the south, they're mainly stationed in Atlanta, GA, and Kevin, who was going to move me in to North Carolina, drove 5+ hours at night to make sure brought my stuff to me on the date that I requested. It was very, very late at night, but they carefully lifted all of my things to my apartment (there was no elevator) and box by box delivered all of my items. They also reassembled my Ashley furniture dining room set and my bed, even though they were tired and had a long day. Overall, I am very satisfied with this moving company. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again if I have to move. Packing and moving across state lines, (around 400 miles), was no easy feat, but they made it so much easier. I am very grateful. I just wish I had found them first instead of all the other major companies in the area. Oh, and it cost me $1500.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is an absolute scam full of liars and thieves. They have caused mental and emotional harm and stole money from me. We had our move scheduled on Friday at 8 AM. At 10AM, we called about 10 times before they answered and said they are on their way. 2 hours later when no one showed up, we called another 10 times before someone answered so they could make more excuses. This continued for the whole day and finally at 4PM they called and said they were not coming that day. They rescheduled for 8AM the next morning. The next morning we waited and called while no one showed up. This pattern of seldom answering the phone and making excuses for no movers continued again throughout the day. Finally at 7PM (35 hours after the scheduled moving time), 2 movers and a truck showed up with no warning from the company. It turns out they did not even work for Keep it Moving. But they completed the move by 11PM. Based on this awful experience, constant lies, lack of answering the phone, movers showing up 35 hours late, and a missed day of work and pay, I negotiated $500 with the manager Kevin as a fair final price. When I went to pay, Kevin insisted the price was $750 and threatened me on the phone and said the movers were coming back in to put my stuff back on the truck. In order to wipe my hands clean of this experience, I just decided to pay and write this review to protect others from going through this mentally and emotionally harmful experience. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
