  My moving day wouldn't have been possible without Darell, Nate, & Jeff. After a quick consultation, they were quick to get to work efficiently and professionally. All of my furniture and fragile items were wrapped, loaded, unloaded and put back together without a single additional scratch. If you are considering getting movers, then consider Keep It Moving. It will be the best money you have spent in a long time. Moving is stressful, and getting into your new home should be a happy moment for you and your family.   I have used this company twice now. They are without a doubt the best moving company around. I have moved all over the nation and used multiple companies in different states, no one comes close to these guys! They are top notch. Their customer service and scheduling was easy and super convenient. The move itself was impressive. They are very fast at what they do, but also very cautious and careful with you belongings. Every guy on the job was very friendly, and absolutely professional. I was absolutely shocked with their pricing as well!! For the money you will pay, a better deal does not exist. I couldn’t believe how great their pricing was. Overall, I’ll never use another company. Thank you Jon Michael!!

  I scheduled my move 2 months in advance and paid the required deposit. After not receiving a confirmation the day before my move, I called to confirm the date and time of my move. The day of my move, 15 minutes into my moving window, I called for an ETA on my movers. I was told that the crew originally scheduled for my move had an emergency and they would send another crew over that was finishing up a small move nearby. My call was the first notification the dispatch person received regarding the issue. 2 hours and multiple calls later, the dispatch person was still trying to get in contact with someone to complete my move. I had to just book with another company. Throughout the process, I never received any updates on my move. I also have yet to receive a refund of my deposit.

  Hi Alexandra, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. I looked back at the logs in our system, which has a function that automatically sends a text message the day before the move to remind you of your upcoming move, and you received a text message to your phone at 9:37am the day before your move reminding you that you had a scheduled move the following day. One of our team members did have a medical emergency that day, which altered our schedule. Unfortunately this is something out of our control, but we did immediately begin working to send an alternate team to you did get your storage container unloaded. However, before that alternate team could get to you, you requested to cancel you move and were immediately issued a refund of the $50 you paid to reserve your move date. We also spoke with you later that evening to ensure that you had made an alternate arrangement, because we were still prepared to get a team to you. We work very diligently to uphold a strong reputation within our community and go far above and beyond to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and we only hire team members who share that mindset. It is not commonplace for us to have scheduling issues arise like this, but, unfortunately, unforeseen obstacles can present themselves on any given day. We hope all went well with your unload and please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Thank you and we hope you have a happy holiday on behalf of the team at Keep It Moving.
