  one of your driver's was driving recklessly and almost hit me and my family I honk the horn at him and we drove passed him and than he gets in the left lane and speeds up to us where drove up beside us and made volgure gestures at my wife. and than proceeded to follow us for about ten Miles we we're afraid he was going to run us off the road I had my 2 and 5 year in the back seat my wife was shaking. we have video of the incident and of him making the gestures we are debating turn it into the police. I suggest you get this man off the road ubk057 is the license plate!!!

  My vehicle was struck by debris from one of Ken Johnson Trucking's trucks. After attempting for miles to stop the truck and report the incident I gave up and called Ken Johnson truckings office line and spoke with Vicki. She was very kind and stated that she would speak with the owner and get back with me. She returned my call and referred me to thier insurance company to file a claim admitting that the truck was in the area and was hauling rock. She said, "don't worry about it our insurance will handle it". After weeks of calling the insurance company I finally got word that an adjuster was assigned to the claim. The adjuster called a week later and told me he couldn't contact the owner to see if he accepts responsibility?????? Ken Johnson Trucking already accepted responsibility! Now it has been another month. No call, no email, nothing! So I called one more time. The adjuster told me today that Ken Johnson trucking was denying responsibility. Horrible horrible horrible. Do I really have to go to small claims over this? Wow
