  Used Keyboard twice and never a hitch. Communication was great as my bikes were shipped on time in the given time frame. The specialized Carrier system utilized is great as the suspension is not compressed with tie downs. Also the bike comes off the truck by hydraulic tailgate still on the carrier, no ramps. If you want peace of mind your bike is being shipped in the best manner these are your guys.

  Everyone at Keyboard was really super nice and friendly and helpful. I never had a problem getting in contact with them. They were honest and accurate about the pickup time and delivery. My bike was transported in 3 weeks like they said, unlike other shippers I have used. My bike was in excellent condition - and, their rate was very competitive. I will use them again and would recommend them without reservation.

  Took them 2 weeks to pick up a brand new bike I purchased in Georgia and has been on a truck for a full week. Kelly can't tell me when it will be delivered. Very disappointed in the way this company operates. If it wasn't for the dealership paying for shipping I would hsve canceled it and found a different company. Going on 4 weeks now and u still have no scheduled delivery date. Will never refer this company to anyone ever!
