We are listing our home to sell as we are in our 70's and moving to a community for over 55year olds. We were searching for a company whom we had heard good things about. After such honest and rave reviews, we ask Fernando with Kimy Maids to give us an estimate. These have to be the most through people we have ever met. The crew cleaned, removed vines, trimmed and swept our entire yard, it looks so polished now, then they cleaned our windows which consisted of 4 skylights inside and out!! They sparkle. I don't have words to describe what a wonderful job they did on cleaning our home. They washed all woodwork, cabinets, furniture, window sills inside and out. The bathrooms sparkle, they removed stains I couldn't get rid of. Everyone was pleasant and so nice. We're sure going to use their moving and packing services when we sell. List in a few days and couldn't have done this on our own. Without a doubt the most efficient group we have ever encountered.

Great experience with Kimy Maids...highly recommend! Fernando was very responsive and informative, walking me through the process and service options. Glenda and her team were very thorough and did a fantastic job. Our house is CLEAN, and the service is very affordable. Again, highly recommend.
