  Wow.. a one star was given because I had an unsettling experience at this location today, Good Friday. A short haired lady with glasses waited on me and immediately gave me a cold exterior. I wondered what could be the problem because I had not opened my mouth yet. This is about the second time it’s happened. So like any other customer I called to speak to management. The manager said things like “wow” “over the top” and the lady who helped me was “a minority” herself. As if inter minority bias isn’t a thing. I explained I didn’t feel safe coming to do business with people who preemptively judge my character before words are exchanged. He chuckled and said “maybe I’m just not that sensitive”… Nac can be a wonderful place to live, but places like this make it hard to do business within the town you live in. I was offered a very insincere apology that I’m sure was made to get me off the phone. IF I have to do business at Kline/Wrap it up again, I will bring a witness to ensure I receive adequate customer service like all citizens deserve. Update: As you guys see the management at this location has no qualms being especially rude to their customers. I never wanted anyone to be fired, I also said I did not want to use the race card as if I feel it is used flippantly. Sir, please do a better job at listening and being a reputable businessman. I am far from a bully and I vote as a conservative citizen. So being “woke” has zero value to me. From the past reviews I can see rudeness and hostility is frequent. God bless

  This woman comes into the store and without a word being spoken decides that she is the victim of a racist crime based on how she was looked at. Doesn't bother to find out if that is actually the case. She calls me and wants to know just how I am going to punish an employee who has looked at her wrong. She insinuated that my employee should be fired, because she would not "feel safe" coming in here. I hope she is able to find a safe space. But I won't be firing anybody because a woke bully decides to pull the "race card" - her words.

  Not great customer service. Woman I spoke to on the phone had an attitude and was unhelpful. I asked basic questions that anyone would have since they have no information on their website and she was speaking to me like I was annoying her.

  They told me it would take a week to get one piece of paper printed. A single sheet of paper would take them one week- you read that correctly. What an absolute joke. And I echo what others have said about the customer service.
