  I used to work there as a household driver in 2013 when I was a rookie lol , I was treated terrible , being overworked and not seeing it in my paycheck . The dispatch office weren't too bad pretty decent ppl back than.

  They were supposed to deliver kitchen cabinets today. Between 1:30pm and 5:30pm. I was supposed to get a call from the driver one hour befrbe his arrival. At 5:15p I called asking if the driver was coming , they said he is on his way. Oh well 7pm and no delivery. I did not selected this company. Poor customer service and unreliable delivery.

  I wanted to vent my frustrations about the delivery service that is supposed to be handling our mattress shipment. On Tuesday, May 8th I received an email saying the mattress was nearby and I was to contact Kloke to schedule our delivery. I called Kloke every day for the next three days, every time leaving a voicemail. Finally on Friday the 11th someone called back to schedule the delivery. Over the phone they said the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday the 15th, on Monday they would call and give me a four hour window, and I would get a second call on the day of delivery when the mattress was in route. After I got off the phone I got a confirmation email saying the delivery was schedule for WEDNESDAY, not on Tuesday as we had agreed. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to call back and get it changed. So Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday have now all come and gone with no phone call and no delivery. I called Kloke again today and left another voicemail. With the weekend fast approaching I am doubtful we will get the mattress before next week.
