Dwight is very helpful and friendly! He can answer all questions you may have on the spot. The facility is clean and spacious! I highly recommend this facility for a storage unit!

Started renting two climate controlled units in Feb of 2021. Noticed at that time the southwest door next to the on site management living quarters was not secure (would not close all the way). I called the customer service line and was told that this would be looked into. Fast forward to today 10/10/2021 and the door is still not secure. It’s so badly damaged you can’t even close it. This allows, rats, mice and bugs inside the climate controlled units, not to mention it allows the facility to not be secure. Also, when arriving today I noticed the front gate was inoperable allowing anyone inside the facility. To top it all off there was a full sectional couch stuffed inside the facilities hallway where you couldn’t access the storage units. This is all unacceptable for a secure climate controlled storage facility. I’ll be checking back weekly until the problem is fixed. Everyone who rents here pays good money with the understanding that their items are safe and climate controlled.

Ro is one of the customer service reps. that answer the phone when you call in to pay your bill. She was amazing. She answered every question I had. And was so kind. You don't get customer service like that anymore. Thank you so much Ro for you kindness.
