  We were victims of the most unprofessional owner and incompetent packers and movers. When photographic evidence of this poor work was shown to the owner he did not respond as any business owner should "I am sorry you experienced this, how can we make this right for you' Instead we were told nothing was wrong with how they packed, when the did not do one thing that we asked ie: 'please don't pack or move this antique chandelier, I will take it in the car with me.' Only to find my chandelier had been wrapped in a blanket and out on the truck with arms broken and damage to the chandelier that I had specifically said do not pack. When I physically took the chandelier into their office to show them what had happened after not following my specific instructions I was told it wasn't their doing. That my husband had broken it. Using intimidation, threats to call the police on me if I asked any questions snd a complete refusal to honor any work they did. I implore anyone even thinking about hiring this company to stop and run the other way. I've never been treated as brutally and unprofessionally in all my 60 years. This has been a nightmare of incompetence and an owner who is unprofessional and refuses to take responsibility for the extreme ineptness of his company's work. My advice: do not even call their number. This is excellent advice. This is the worst business I've ever encountered. I run a business in Fairhope and would never treat any client as we were treated.

  Unfortunately nothing in the above post is true! Mrs Taylor, as stated previously to you and your husband y’all are the first customer’s, we have ever had to fire. The only mistake we made was not leaving on the first day when you and your husband were physically fighting and cussing each other out. We packed your home, loaded it, and put it in storage for what was agreed to be for 30 days. In turn that turned into 5 months. During that time frame you expected us to dig around in the units for items for you to sale on buy sale and trade, (some of which are still listed to this day). We did that for you free of charge when no other company would do so. In turn we also had you sign a release of liability in case something were to happen because it isn’t safe to dig in a unit that is packed professionally, as opposed to just being used as a “storage closet.” One day when we couldn’t find a bundle of material you not only cussed my employees out, you cussed me, text our company phone all night calling us all kinds of names because we were so stupid to not be able to find the material for your upholstery person. I even have a voicemail from your husband threatening to “kick my butt” (but in a little different wording). That night my wife and I made you guys aware we would not be going in the units again, nor would we be doing anything further for you all, and that we were giving you guys a 40 days notice to get your items from storage. Days later yet again your husband called begging us to accept his apologies for y’all’s behavior. We held firm and said no sir, we still want y’all out and to go out separate ways. Your husband showed up 30 days later, renting a moving truck, and 2 young guys. Those guys ended up hitting the building causing significant damage to another local businesses building. They also damaged items due to the way they were loading the truck. Once we made the owner of the property aware of the damage y’all caused, things went a little more south. The owner told your husband unfortunately he would have to go ahead and pay the damage before you could leave his property with your items. He later overheard your husband talking to you stating we will write him a check for the damage and then call the bank and cancel the check once he heard that he then went and put his locks on the units and put y’all off the property until it was handled. Fast forward to today, a third group of movers were brought in to get your stuff out of the units. Good luck to you and your future endeavors, but never in my life have I ever experienced someone like you and your husband. We have done absolutely nothing wrong and I will not stand for this. Keep it up and I will be speaking with my attorney about going after you for slander! Thank you to those of you who either know us personally or have ever dealt with us and know that this isn’t true! Also you continue to go in and change the wording in you review, to make it seem more believable. However, I have screenshots of all of them. You continue to make up slanderous lies against my company and I’m going on to be forced to take action against you.

  Lee came by our home to provide us a more accurate quote for our move. He was on time, friendly and very informative about his services. He said he'd provide us an email with the quote within 24 hours. I received the email by 5pm. With the quote I decided to go with their services. I will update the review after our move(s).

  We have used this company for two moves and I have recommended them to two others who were just as pleased. They are super dependable, thorough and quick. No sitting around or break times for this group! I had a tv that was damaged and they handed the replacement very quickly and fairly. Could not have asked for better.
